ORDERING & PAYMENT
Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
A. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse locations in China. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays and sale periods. We handle orders from Monday to Friday, with processing typically taking 3 to 5 business days from the order date. Shipments will be dispatched the day after processing is complete. Please be aware that we do not ship on weekends. If you haven't received a shipping notification email within 5 business days after your payment, kindly reach out to us for assistance.
Q. HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
A. OddyPals adheres to the highest industry standards for privacy protection. Your sensitive personal information is encrypted via SSL and processed directly through our secure payment gateway network. We do not store your credit card details or sell your personal data to third parties.
Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A. We currently support PayPal payment. Other payment methods such as credit cards or Apple Pay will be available soon.
Q. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
A. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. You may request a cancellation or modification within 6 hours of placement. Please note that any cancellation will incur a $1.00 transaction fee to cover non-refundable merchant processing costs. Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping stage, it can no longer be canceled.
Q. WHY WAS MY PAYMENT DECLINED?
A. Common reasons for declined payments include incorrect billing addresses, expired cards, or international transaction restrictions. Please ensure your billing details match your card statement or contact your bank for further assistance.

Q. HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
A. Due to the specialized nature of our products and high demand, our standard delivery window is 10-25 business days (2-4 weeks) . This allows for thorough quality inspection and international transit.
Q. WHERE IS MY TRACKING INFORMATION?
A. Tracking numbers are typically issued via email 1-3 days after your order has been processed. Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS) to update the status in their system.
Q. I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE. WHERE ARE THE OTHERS?
A. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items from the same order may be dispatched from different fulfillment centers. If you receive only part of your order, please rest assured that the remaining items are in transit and will arrive shortly.
Q. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
A. Standard International Shipping: $3.99,
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $70.00 .
Q. WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS DUTIES OR TAXES?
A. All prices displayed are exclusive of import duties and taxes. Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be responsible for local customs fees upon arrival. OddyPals is not responsible for delays caused by local customs departments.
Q. MY ORDER STILL HASN'T ARRIVED, I THINK IT IS LOST?
A. If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier.
Q. HOW TO AVOID FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT?
A. There are several reasons why your order might not be delivered successfully. The most common reasons are; the address is incorrect/incomplete, the receiver is absent, the courier could not access the delivery location. Please double check the information and address you input before ordering.
Q. WHAT IS THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTED DELIVERIES?
A. There are usually up to three delivery attempts, but there are some exceptions in certain countries where the driver makes only one delivery attempt.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Q. WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
A. If your product arrives with a defect or damage incurred during transit, please contact support@oddypals.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage so we can arrange a priority replacement.
Q. HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
A. Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. A confirmation is sent when your return has been processed.
Q. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A. All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment once return is received and inspected. If you paid by credit or debit card refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, please contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
